2. Robust Therapy Note Templates with Custom Forms

TheraNest offers unlimited therapy note templates with an intuitive custom form builder. Use one of our pre-built templates that include Progress Notes, Initial Assessments, Treatment Plans, Group Notes, Contact Logs and more, or build your own.

Electronically sign notes with supervisory review options to approve and co-sign as well. It’s perfect for practices that supervise interns and require their notes to be approved or co-signed.

Our Wiley Practice Planners integration gives you access to both the Wiley Treatment Planner and Wiley Progress Note Planner in TheraNest. Select from over 1,000 prewritten treatment goals, objectives, interventions, and progress notes, plus space to record your own treatment options.
